Digimap is an online mapping service for UK higher and further education institutions. Staff and students have free at the point of use access to all the maps and data for each collection that their institution subscribes to.
Registering & Logging InInformation for Users RegisteringBefore you can use the Ordnance Survey, Geology or Marine Digimap services you will need to register. You can do this by logging in from the Digimap login page, then choosing the Collection for which you wish to register. You can select other collections that your institution subscribes to at the same time as the one you choose. Adding further registrations can be done later by simply clicking on a collection you aren't yet registered to use. Digimap Login Page - Register here. Remember your institution must subscribe to a collection before you are able register for it. Logging InOnce registered, you can get into the service from the Login page: If you are not already logged into your University Account you will be guided through that process and then taken to the service. If you need any help with login for Digimap please see the following page: PLEASE NOTE: EDINA does not issue any passwords. You should log in using the username and password issued to you by your institution for accessing electronic resources and/or your institution's local web portal. If you have forgotten your password, please contact your local support staff who will be able to assist. EDINA cannot reset or remind you of your password. |
SubscribingInformation for Institutions Institutions have to subscribe to each collection separately through a separate licence agreement. All Digimap subscriptions are managed by JISC Collections.
