Description

An introduction to the content and key facilities within the four Digimap Collections; Ordnance Survey Collection, Historic Digimap, Marine Digimap and Geology Digimap.

This course is suitable both for those staff who are new to Digimap and those who require an update.

You will learn how to create, save and print maps online, and will download digital map data for use in GIS or CAD systems. Knowledge of the different map data available in Digimap Collections will be gained.

Note that you will not use GIS in this course.
