Benefits of Services

User Satisfaction Surveys

EDINA conducted user satisfaction surveys for several of our Jisc-funded services in two annual phases (between October 2010 and January 2011, and October 2011 to February 2012); we are grateful to those users who took the time to complete the surveys.

The surveys showed that our services are used by undergraduates, postgraduates and staff, including information professionals from a broad range of disciplines. A large majority of the respondents found our services easy to use, saved them time and would recommend them to others.
