EDINA has been commissioned by JISC to review the feasibility of and demand for a low-cost OpenURL resolver service in UK higher education, to provide streamlined access to subscribed information products, including journals.
The project team will initially scope the service's feasibility and potential uptake; if these are positive, the team will then design an architecture and explore potential business models.
