There have been several exciting developments for EDINA’s Digimap service over the last few months, and in this issue of Newsline we highlight the most prominent.
First is Ordnance Survey and Open Data, an overview of the release of Ordnance Survey data as open data for free use and re-use. Inside you will find the latest on the roll-out of the Roam interface to Geology Digimap and Historic Digimap, as well as our latest offering, Digimap for Schools.
In other geo news, the team at Go-Geo! have released a new version of Geodoc, the metadata authoring tool, with enhancements to create records that comply with INSPIRE regulations for metadata standards across the EU.
