UKBORDERS, the census geography data unit of the ESRC census programme, has received funding for an additional year from August 2011-July 2012.
The service will run on a ‘care and maintenance’ footing for the interim period while details for the delivery of the 2011 census are being negotiated by ESRC. During this period the service will continue to deliver all existing data (and updates) and offer helpdesk support to users.
