EDINA’s Digimap for Schools service was featured at the Ordnance Survey stand during the BETT Show in January at London’s Olympia Exhibition Centre.
BETT is the largest educational technology show in the UK, attracting not only teachers and school managers but also school pupils, giving them a chance to try everything from smartboards to online services to Lego.
Ordnance Survey’s stand this year was decked in Digimap for Schools colours and for four days thousands of visitors were able to try out the service, which offers a wide range of Ordnance Survey maps online and is offered to all schools in the UK.
Currently there are almost 1,500 schools using the service.
